Ms. Brown has been managing facilities and architectural projects for thirty years. Her work with WPA has facilitated over sixty-four million dollars of renovation and new construction.

 

Past achievements include programming, site and use analysis and construction review for the University of Waterloo, University of Minnesota, Toronto Harbourfront Redevelopment, Kingsborough Psychiatric Center, New York City School Construction Authority and the High School for Environmental Studies. She worked for five years with the Olympia & York Battery Park Company negotiating design, cost sharing, signage, and planning construction phasing for the retail areas and two pedestrian bridges of Battery Park City.

 

Ms. Brown has a talent for working with contractors and building professionals to ascertain problems and resolve issues quickly and without affecting cost. Her familiarity with contract negotiation, construction scheduling and site supervision ensure that a quality project is delivered on schedule and within budget.
