Ms. DeMarco as fiscal and operations officer oversees WPA finances and general operations. Her nonprofit client experience includes providing interim office management services which include developing and collecting health care provider plans and suggesting recommendations tailored to the organization.  

Since joining WPA in 1999, her responsibilities include payroll and personnel management, as well as project tracking. She was formally Administrator of Finance in the Management Information Systems Department at NBC.
