Ms. Eskew has 30 years of experience providing project management and construction management to nonprofit organizations. As a project manager and executive director of Habitat for Humanity on the Lower East Side, NYC and Newark, NJ, Ms. Eskew organized volunteer boards of directors, consultants, and construction workers to work with future homeowners and contributors, negotiated with and won support from municipal authorities and trade unions, raised funds, and provided community relations. She has worked with numerous other community development groups such as Black Vets for Social Justice, The African American Planning Commission and the People's Development Corporation to develop housing and provide job training.
 

As a Project Manager at the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, Ms. Eskew acted as Owner's Representative and Project Manager for the Lehman College APEX Physical Education Facility designed by Rafael Vinoly, and many other projects for CUNY, the Office of Mental Health, the Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) and the Homeless Housing Assistance Program (HHAP). Her experience with developing RFP's, consultant selection, bidding and contract negotiation, scheduling, and cost control are invaluable when representing a client.
