Educational/Cultural Organizations:
Brooklyn Children's Museum: Owner's representative for needs assessment programming, master planning, renovation & new construction. Provided project management & liaison services with City Agencies & the Economic Development Corporation.

Columbia University: Providing ongoing comprehensive project management services for interior and exterior restoration of landmark buildings for the main campus. Communicate daily with the university, oversee contracts, design and construction, budgets, closeout, occupancy, and manage project archives. Recent projects include Pupin Hall Mechanical Upgrade, Schermerhorn Extension Window Replacement, Fayerweather Mechanical Infrastructure Needs Assessment and Exterior Study. Project management at the university consists of nine months of planning in preparation of an intense three-month construction season.

Cornell Weill Medical College: Supervising a 11,000SF, $7.0 M, expansion project, which adds three floors onto an exist-ing prominent six-story corner building of the campus, which required an innovative design solution. The project includes new laboratories, office space and a hazardous chemical processing area.

Jamaica Arts and Business Center: Involved at the project's inception in meetings with the Queens Borough President's office. Established ten-year capital planning projections and assisted with City and State funding requests Development of market and formulation of Business Plan. Worked closely with the fourteen organizations who will call this facility home.

Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning: Supervised renovation of a landmark community building. Coordinated construction issues that arose due to work being conducted while space was fully occupied. Worked closely with elected officials, community board and other cultural institutions.

New York University: Conducted construction review focusing on engineering systems. Mechanical, electrical plumbing and sprinkler systems were reviewed and punch lists of outstanding items were documented. The new seven-story building consists of a recreational facility in the first floor and basement with faculty housing apartments in floors two through seven. As-Built drawings, warranties, specifications, operation manuals and maintenance manuals were assembled.

Health Care Facilities:
Bedford-Stuyvesant Family Health Center: Directed pre-development planning with a project team for a multi-site expansion of community medical facility and HIV Wellness Center. The feasibility study evaluated the benefits of adding a commercial facility to the expansion project.

Cornel University Weill Medical College: Renovation of 6,400 SF floor in an existing occupied building. The $3.9M renovation includes new laboratories, offices and support space and extensive mech-anical upgrades to the existing building systems.

Merritt Peralta: Supervised design / construction of a 41,000 square foot nursing educational conferencing facility. Building was planned to function as a medical center complex, incorporating an intensive care simulation skills laboratory, demonstration capable operating theaters, a 600-seat multipurpose lecture room and a 250-seat teleconferencing auditorium.

Public and Commercial:
Alliance for Downtown New York: Performed contract and performance review and client representation services for streetscape enhancement project. Communicated daily and represented the Alliance for Downtown New York in weekly meetings. Local merchants were involved in every stage of the planning and design that resulted in new street signage, lighting and historical reference markers. In addition, street furniture was chosen and appropriate areas were selected.

Pfizer World Headquarters Lobby Renovation: Provided project management services for the renovation of the lobby while the building remained open to the public.

Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Highway 125 Technology Incubator: Project Director for design and implementation for the creation of a high technology incubator in Harlem.

Social Services and Housing:
Abraham House: Performed analysis of existing and planning of spatial requirements for a new facility.The program, which provides transition services for formerly incarcerated individuals and their families, is an extensive and complicated multifaceted program. A space plan was prepared for the new building including adjacency and access requirements. Additionally, suggestions were made for how the existing structure might be reused.

Division of Housing and Community Renewal: Assisted nonprofit organizations and municipalities with technical assistance to develop strategic plans for housing and community revitalization projects. Organizations included The Gowanus Canal Community Development Corporation and The Jewish Community Council of Rockaway Peninsula, Inc.

The United Way of New York: Provided technical and project management services for renovation and move coordination projects with tight schedules. Organizations included Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow and Visiting Neighbors.
